How are the cupcakes packaged for shipping?
Our cupcakes are packed in custom-designed, airtight pods to ensure they stay upright and fresh. We use insulated liners and dry ice or frozen gel packs to maintain the perfect temperature during transit.
Do you offer gluten-free or vegan options?
Yes! We have a delicious selection of both gluten-free and vegan bite-sized cupcakes. You can find them in dedicated assortments or as part of our custom packs.
When will my order arrive?
During checkout, you can select your preferred delivery date. We ship nationwide via FedEx, and most orders arrive between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM on your chosen date.
How long do the cupcakes stay fresh?
Our cupcakes are best enjoyed within 24 hours of arrival. If you aren't eating them right away, they can be stored in the freezer for up to two weeks in their original packaging.
Can I include a gift message with my order?
Absolutely! You can add a personalized gift message at no extra charge during the checkout process. We never include pricing information on the packing slip.
What is your return policy?
Because our products are perishable food items, we cannot accept returns. However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours for a resolution.
